New THCa Purchase Process!

Unlike our previous site, our THCa catalog is much easier to access and purchase from.

Previously, we had a separate application that would be required to be filled out ahead of purchasing. Depending on sales and overall volume, this would lead to extended wait times or bugs when it comes to approval.

Now, we’ve incorporated the application and approval into our purchase process.

All users (in approved states) can now checkout seamlessly with THCa items in their cart – All that is required is an upload of your licensing and business information here.

You can upload this during your account registration, when prompted during checkout, or during your leisure.

Once you’ve uploaded this, you can checkout THCa. On your first purchase we will look over your files as part of the fulfillment process.

If your licensing is good to go, we’ll approve the order and fulfill the items. Once that happens, your permissions will be updated and you’ll never have to apply again!

New Shop Filters

We’ve improved the overall searchability of the collections.

When viewing all products, you can now sort the products by:

  • Stock Status
  • Sale Status
  • Parent Cannabinoid
  • Distribution Forms
    • Pre-Packaged / Retail Ready
    • Bulk – Ready for packaging
    • White Label – Prepackaged / Unlabeled

This should make finding the products you’re looking for as simple as possible.

  1. I like the new updated site and design but I have a problem with the invoices. Firstly, there is no way to print the invoices to a pdf and this is very inconvenient for my business. And then, the orders are not labeled as invoices and that is giving me some managerial problems.

    1. Thank you for the insight Raj! We have a solution in mind and hope to roll it out in the next week or two. In the meantime you may email us with the requested invoices and we can send them via pdf.

      Thanks for your input, we’re glad you’re liking the new design.

      I just wanted to update you; we now have a PDF invoice option available in your orders page. Once in your account, if you click on orders, you will see all of your previous orders with an option to download a PDF invoice for your specified order.
