We apologize if you didn't receive everything you ordered. If this is simply just a mistake on our end, the missing products will be shipped out ASAP at no additional charge. However, we will verify the order contents with a picture we take of the interior of the shipping envelope. Unfortunately we've had to take more extraordinary measures than ever planned to prevent scams, so you might be asked to text/email a picture of your order contents so we can compare it to the picture of what we sent out.
Please give it up to 24 hours for your package to show up. Although it might say delivered on the tracking, sometimes carriers scan the code in error prior to the package being dropped off. It's also always a good idea to try to talk to your local carrier who physically drops the packages off in your mailbox.
Please note: CBD Hemp Direct does not cover package theft. If the tracking says delivered, we assume the package has been delivered. If you decide to file a claim with your card company as "package not received," we will dispute the claim to the fullest extent and blacklist you from making any future purchases.
