Careful handling & discreet packaging

All online orders are packaged discreetly in the order they are received.  We currently run at a 1-day handling time but do our best to get packages out the same day.  Orders placed after 2 PM do go out the next business day.  Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or any national holiday do go out the next business day.

I just placed an order for CBD Hemp. What happens next?

First off, thank you for making a purchase with CBD Hemp Direct!  After making your purchase:

  1. Godaddy (the webserver) will send an order confirmation along with a receipt via email.  We (the merchant) will receive a copy as well so we can prepare the order and generate a shipping label.  If you didnt receive an email, we can find the order by your name and resend.
  2. Once the label is printed (Remember up to 1 day handling time), you should receive an additional email notification that will include tracking information powered by shippo.com.
  3. Track your order via the carriers website (usps, ups, fedex) so you know when to expect its arrival.  CLICK HERE for the tracking link.

Shipping Tips

  • Please check your spam/promtions folder as email accounts like gmail/yahoo/hotmail tend to filter auto-generated emails that have valuable tracking information.
  • Please keep in mind, we are not the post office so our tracking information will be the same as what you can see online.

I only received a partial order! What do I do?

We apologize if you didn't receive everything you ordered.  If this is simply just a mistake on our end, the missing products will be shipped out ASAP at no additional charge.  However, we will verify the order contents with a picture we take of the interior of the shipping envelope.  Unfortunately we've had to take more extraordinary measures than ever planned to prevent scams, so you might be asked to text/email a picture of your order contents so we can compare it to the picture of what we sent out.

My package says delivered, but it's not here?

Please give it up to 24 hours for your package to show up.  Although it might say delivered on the tracking, sometimes carriers scan the code in error prior to the package being dropped off.  It's also always a good idea to try to talk to your local carrier who physically drops the packages off in your mailbox.  


Please note: CBD Hemp Direct does not cover package theft.  If the tracking says delivered, we assume the package has been delivered.  If you decide to file a claim with your card company as "package not received," we will dispute the claim to the fullest extent and blacklist you from making any future purchases.  Again, we are here to get you your medicine but will not be conned, swindled or scammed by any online trolls!   

My package was lost "in-transit"

In the event the package does not make it to you, we will do our best to locate it and/or possibly file an insurance claim.  If the package was indeed lost and/or a claim awarded, we will resend the order at no additional charge.  

THE CARRIER IS ASKING ME FOR A SIGNATURE, DO I SIGN?

NEVER under any circumstances should you have to sign for a package sent by CBD Hemp Direct as this could be due to the false fact that the carrier believes your package contains marijuana not industrial hemp!  Since you didnt order marijuana, do not sign for, accept and/or take possession of this package.
