I have always been one hundred percent satisfied with the quality of the bud. But this time is an exception to the rule. They put a RH disk in each of the quarter pound bags that was only adequate for a sample pack.Less than three grams. This product would have been 10 times better if they had use the proper R.H packet to keep it fresh. I sent an email to let them know but never got a reply. Very poor customer service in that regard. I spent $30 on some Boveda.Packs and the flower is finally starting to roll and kick properly. Hopefully a little constructive criticism will help. I love this company and the products everyone has an off day once in a while. 😔

Very disappointed. I order brass monkey and I did not receive the right product. The flower turn brown and crumbled up on the touch. This cannot be top shelf Thca flower. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again from this place.
