We’ve removed USPS as a shipping method until they start delivering closer to on time and with accurate tracking information. Although it’s been a difficult decision to make, this is the only way to ensure our wholesale customers actually receive what they pay for in a timely matter.
Although post office is the most affordable mail carrier and an icon of America’s mail delivery system, USPS is experiencing unprecedented delays that first started with COVID-19, then increased volume during the holidays and now inclement weather that’s affected the entire country. Usually delivering 96% on time, USPS most recently reported they are experiencing only a 64% on time delivery rate.
