Earlier this month, WHOLESALE CBD FLOWER started including a “Signed Self-Certification Statement” (Click here for download) that demonstrates the CBD products being shipped are in compliance with the 2014 Farm Act. As a licensed Industrial Hemp Grower and Handler going on our 3rd year of farming, most of this information is nothing new, however its nice to have guidelines and direction by a government agency on shipping CBD Products. We have also included a section regarding “authorization to market products manufactured” where you can fill in your company name and keep on file for proof.
