Important – Understanding the Use of Affiliate Codes with Other Promotions
First things first – all promotions (including affiliate codes) are stackable but do not combine.
Because of this, you’re likely to see that our sale price will override your code during our sales.
Not to be alarmed though – this is what we saw happen in testing, and is normal.
The main thing you as an affiliate need to know is that if this happens, as long as your code gets entered, you will receive the referral credit and thus you will receive commission.
While our sale discount may override the affiliate discount (ie: biggest discount takes priority), the code remains active in the cart and just the discount portion gets nullified.
Your code remains in the cart, and tags the order after checkout for your affiliate commission. Our system simply applies all codes and takes the highest discount where it applies. Please contact us if you require any additional information.
AFFILIATE MARKETING AGREEMENT
This Affiliate Marketing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between C&B Online, LLC (“Company”), operating under the website Wholesale CBD Flower, and the Affiliate (as defined below). By applying to and participating in the Wholesale CBD Flower Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. AFFILIATE ENROLLMENT & PARTICIPATION
1.1 Eligibility
- To become an Affiliate, you must submit an application through our program and be approved by C&B Online, LLC.
- We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
- Affiliates must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
- Any discovery that an Affiliate is under 21 will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
1.2 Affiliate Link & Coupon Code Usage
- Approved Affiliates will receive a unique referral link and/or coupon code for tracking referrals.
- No cookie-based tracking is used; commissions will be earned strictly through the use of designated referral links or coupon codes.
- Commissions are valid for all purchases.
- Your code is based off of the username that is used during sign up. If you would like a different code – please contact us using our form and select the marketing drop down.
1.3 Prohibited Promotion Methods
The Affiliate agrees NOT to:
- Use paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) targeting branded terms related to Wholesale CBD Flower (e.g., “Wholesale CBD Flower discount,” “Wholesale CBD Flower coupon”).
- Engage in deceptive marketing or coercion tactics that entice or mislead customers into using an affiliate coupon they would otherwise not have used.
- List their coupon code on third-party coupon aggregation websites (e.g., RetailMeNot, Honey, etc.).
IMPORTANT: If an Affiliate’s coupon code is found on a coupon aggregator website, the Affiliate may face immediate termination from the program. C&B Online, LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke commissions from sales generated through such platforms. Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their coupon code is not listed on any third-party discount site. Repeated violations or failure to remove a listed coupon code upon request may result in permanent removal from the program.
2. COMMISSION STRUCTURE & PAYMENTS
2.1 Commission & Eligibility
- Affiliates will earn a percentage commission (5% – unless verifiably agreed upon otherwise by both parties) on the purchase of a customer referred via their unique link or coupon code.
- Affiliates will earn a continuous 5% lifetime commission on all purchases from referred customers who have not purchased from Wholesale CBD Flower in the past.
2.2 Order Verification & Payout Schedule
- All commissions remain pending for 45 days after the referral’s purchase to account for potential refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity.
- Refunded, failed, and fraudulent orders will not qualify for commissions.
2.3 Minimum Payout & Payment Method
- The minimum payout amount is $300. If an Affiliate does not meet this threshold, commissions will roll over to the next payment cycle.
- If a period of 6 months or greater passes where the affiliate’s unpaid commission remains below the minimum payout threshold, the affiliate’s unpaid commission may be eligible for forfeiture, or agrees to convert the total into a store credit.
- Payments will be made via the method selected by the affiliate.
3. FRAUD PREVENTION & TERMINATION
3.1 Fraudulent or Unethical Referrals
- C&B Online, LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity. Immediate termination will result from:
- Self-referrals or attempts to earn commissions on one’s own purchases.
- Using misleading or deceptive tactics to generate referrals.
- Referral of fraudulent or high-risk customers resulting in excessive chargebacks.
- Impersonating CBD Hemp Direct; cloning our website, or using our assets under the guise of persuading others that you are us.
- Spam of any kind; Link schemes, mass email promotions, bulk content uploading, mass AI assisted content (Video, text, images, or other)
3.2 Chargeback & Refund Abuse
- Excessive chargebacks or refunded orders tied to an Affiliate’s referrals will result in immediate removal from the program.
- If a commission has been paid out for a previous referral’s order that has resulted in a chargeback, Affiliate agrees to forfeit the commission in the form of a debit deducting from their pending payout total.
3.3 Unjust Referral Credit
- If an Affiliate’s coupon code is found on a coupon aggregation website, the Affiliate is responsible for its removal.
- C&B Online, LLC reserves the right to void commissions from referrals where the customer was already intending to purchase but sought out a discount code.
- Affiliates who allow their code to remain on such sites may be permanently removed from the program.
3.4 Immediate Termination for Paid Media Exploitation
- Affiliates may not bid on branded terms or run paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.) targeting users already looking for our company.
- Any attempt to intercept potential customers with a coupon code who are already intending to buy will result in immediate termination.
3.5 Age Requirement Compliance
- Affiliates must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application.
- If at any time it is discovered that an Affiliate is under 21, they will be immediately removed from the program and any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
3.6 Alignment with Company Values
- C&B Online, LLC values integrity, ethical marketing, and responsible brand representation.
- If an Affiliate’s branding, public statements, marketing methods, or overall messaging are found to be in conflict with the principles and values upheld by Wholesale CBD Flower, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the program at its sole discretion.
- Affiliate agrees to not market to any persons under 21 years of age.
- This clause is intended to ensure that Affiliates align with the ethical and professional reputation of C&B Online, LLC.
4. PROGRAM MODIFICATION & TERMINATION
4.1 Program Changes
- C&B Online, LLC reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
- It is solely the responsibility of the Affiliate to stay updated on any changes to this agreement.
4.2 Termination Rights
- C&B Online, LLC may terminate an Affiliate’s account at any time, with or without cause.
- Upon termination, any unpaid commissions deemed fraudulent or unjustly earned will be voided.
5. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
5.1 Independent Contractor Relationship
- Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees of C&B Online, LLC.
- Affiliates may not claim partnership, ownership, or official representation of Wholesale CBD Flower.
5.2 No Guarantee of Earnings
- Participation in the program does not guarantee earnings, and C&B Online, LLC is not responsible for an Affiliate’s performance.
5.3 Compliance with Laws
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements when promoting their referral links or coupon codes.
6. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By participating in the Wholesale CBD Flower Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.
